1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing any service from Anchor Agentic LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all AI Risk Evaluations, Audits, Agentic Architectures, and consulting services provided via anchoragentic.org.
2. Nature of Services Anchor Agentic LLC provides technical consulting, AI risk remediation, and autonomous agent architecture.
Technical, Not Legal: Our AI Risk Audits and Compliance Evaluations are technical assessments based on current industry LLM safety standards. We do not provide legal or formal regulatory advice.
Performance: While our "Agentic Ecosystems" are designed to automate processes, AI outputs are probabilistic. We do not guarantee 100% error-free operation of autonomous agents.
3. Payment and Fees
Service Fees: All fees are due at the time of purchase via our secure checkout.
No Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of digital onboarding and the immediate provisioning of secure project environments (Google Drive portals, MSAs), all sales are final once the "Onboarding Engine" has been triggered.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain all rights to the proprietary data provided to us for training or auditing.
Our Architecture: Anchor Agentic LLC retains ownership of the specific underlying proprietary code, prompts, and frameworks used to build your ecosystem, unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).
